Perfect for getting started in Jiu-Jitsu, this class is designed to take a new student and build a strong foundation to move forward.
Our Fundamentals Program is a 12-Month cycle that teaches all the basic takedowns, positions, submissions and escapes – and can be started at any time.
Techniques are taught so that beginners can easily grasp the concepts, but higher ranks can also learn more advanced details & variations during the same class.
All Fundamental classes are in the Gi.
Designed to help students grasp Intermediate & Advanced Jiu-Jitsu techniques and concepts, our Mastery Program is a 12-Month Cycle in which we rotate through each position for two weeks (e.g., Guard Passing Week, Takedowns Week, etc).
While all experience levels – including new beginners – may attend these classes, a few months of Fundamental Classes will be helpful to understand the context of some Mastery Program lessons.
Mastery Classes alternate between Gi & NoGi (see class schedule for details).
One of the fastest ways to accelerate training, Private Lessons are 1-on-1 or small-group sessions that tailor specifically to an individual student’s growth.
These can be used for Q & A, to develop a custom game-plan, or simply to supplement Group Classes.
